ART DIRECTION AND DESIGN
With over 8 years of experience as a designer and director, I’ve had the opportunity to work with national brands, agencies, and local businesses of all kinds. I’m a pro at coming up with ideas and making them reality. Some hats I’ve worn include creative/art direction, branding, print design, web design, iPhone app design, product photography, and tons more. I’ve been running my own freelance design business for about three years and hold a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication with a minor in Fine Art from Northern Arizona University.
EXTRA CURRICULAR
My main passion is design and branding, but when I have extra time I like to do a little furniture rehab and interior design. I love taking old furniture and giving it new life. See some of my projects at rehabilitatedstudio.com.
I have also been the exhibits director and an executive member of Phoenix Design Week for 2009 and 2010 as well as a contributing writer for design.org.
CONNECTIONS AND COMMUNITY
While I do have a wide range of expertise and experience, I don’t know everything (even though Google makes me think I do.) Have no fear as I do a whole lot of networking, so if I don’t know how to do something, I know someone who does and I’ll work with them to create whatever it is you need. Need a flash banner? I’ve got a guy. Copywriter? Check. SEO expert? Yep. You need a satellite engineer? That’s weird, but yeah, I’ve got a guy for that too.
